When you arrive at Bloom, you will step into a quiet, softly lit space designed to help you slow down and exhale. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and supportive, with nothing to perform and nothing to get right.
You will be gently guided through simple grounding techniques using natural breathing, with plenty of time spent in stillness. Hands on Reiki therapy is also offered to balance your energy centers and enhance your sense of well-being.
Many people leave feeling calmer, steadier, and more present than when they arrived. Bloom is a peaceful space to pause, unwind, plant your feet, and reconnect.

Do I need experience with meditation or mindfulness?
No experience is needed. Bloom sessions are gentle and guided with no techniques to master or get right.
What is Reiki therapy?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off practice that supports deep relaxation and balance. Sessions are designed to promote a sense of calm, ease tension, and encourage rest.
Will I have to talk or share personal information?
No. Sharing is never required. Silence is also welcome.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. There is no movement or physical exertion.
Is this yoga, therapy or medical treatment?
No. Bloom offers quiet stress-reduction sessions focused on rest and grounding.
How long is a session?
The session is one-on-one and typically lasts 45-60 minutes, allowing plenty of time to settle into the room and surroundings.
What will I be doing during the class?
You will be gently guided through simple breathing, grounding techniques along with hands on healing using Reiki therapy. There will be extended periods of stillness and soft music playing in the room. You will be laying on a Japanese bed that is close to the floor using a pillow and blanket if needed.
What if I feel restless?
That’s completely normal when trying to slow down. You are always welcome to shift your position, open your eyes, or step out if needed. The space is designed to feel safe and supportive.
Is Bloom suitable if I feel anxious or overwhelmed?
Yes, many clients come to Bloom specifically for those reasons. Sessions are intentionally calm, slow and non-demanding.
What happens after the session?
You are welcome to take a moment before leaving to browse the Bloom Boutique, where you will find calming items to support relaxation at home.
How do I book my first visit?
Sessions are one-on-one and booked on this website.
How often do I need to have a session?
It depends on your needs; some people come weekly and others monthly or more. The service is here if you need it.
